Recommend for a city holiday

Spacious room, convenient location, featuring two sinks in the bathroom vanity, and an indoor swimming pool that added to our enjoyable stay.

The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise! The complimentary breakfast had a solid variety, especially the biscuits and gravy. However, the noise from the heating system was quite distracting at night. 🤔

The breakfast had a good variety of options each morning. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job maintaining cleanliness during our stay. Our room was spacious and offered a comfortable place to unwind. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the amenities, which added to my experience.

We paid for queen size beds but received full size.

The cleaning staff did a fantastic job making sure everything was spotless, and I loved having the option to relax in the nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was great to unwind after a long day with those amenities. I did wish the breakfast could have offered a bit more variety, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. 😊

I had a surprisingly nice stay! The room was clean and cozy, and the hot breakfast was well stocked. However, the breakfast area was a bit cramped.

Staying here was a surprise after my last visit to gunnison. Wingate offered a luxurious experience with spacious rooms and great amenities. It definitely exceeded my expectations with its comfort and service during this holiday.

I greatly appreciated the warm and inviting atmosphere of Wingate By Wyndham Gunnison Near Western Colorado University. The spacious rooms were equipped with comfortable bedding, and the common areas were well-maintained and accessible, making my stay enjoyable.

More variety in breakfast options would be nice.

Recommend it for families, if you can afford it

The front desk staff went above and beyond for us, getting change for the vending machines,, extra towels when needed. Our room was GIANT, spacious enough for a small family reunion.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but still acceptable given the comfort.

It was a great base for our adventures at the local ski area and golfing. The flat-screen TV in the room provided some downtime entertainment. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was solid, too!

The doors opened directly to the parking lot, which wasn't ideal given the cold weather. It'd be better with interior access for the rooms.

The suite with two queen beds, including one in a private room, provided a cozy stay, and the breakfast options were enjoyable, especially the hot chai on a chilly morning. However, the breakfast's location was inconvenient, requiring a bit of a trek. Housekeeping was inconsistent, leaving doors propped open after cleaning. Also, there was a slight mix-up with our bed sizes that was addressed poorly at the front desk.
